How It Works

  • Our EDC Celebrations are typically held on Friday’s and Sunday’s – days when our Studio is not offering dance services to our students. Please check with us for current availability…we book up fast!
  • A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. This amount is applied toward final balance due.
  • Parties are booked in 2 hour increments. The first hour is for the dance instruction/character photo opportunity. The second hour is for parents to use our facilities to hold their portion of the party...to serve food to their guests, open presents, take pictures, etc.
  • Encore Celebrations supplies full use of our new dance studio, dance instructor/character, decorations, tables, benches/chairs, linens.
  • Select a theme of your child’s choice.
    • Children turning 3, 4 & 5 years old - 15 children maximum or more than 15 add $10.00 per child.
    • Children turning 6 yrs. and up - 20 children maximum, more than 20 add $10.00 per child.
  • Select any a la carte items you wish to add to your EDC Celebration package.
  • Parents supply food, cake, drinks, and anything else you need for your party. Anything outside of our listed services we are happy to assist you with on an a la carte basis.
  • Work with Encore Celebrations team on any final details.
  • Arrive to set up your party 30 minutes to an hour before start time. Then sit back, get your camera ready, relax and enjoy – the perfect party, no stress and no mess!
