The EDC Party
Encore Designs a Celebration!
Our EDC Party Celebration is the ultimate party package. This is the party package for any parent looking to make a lasting impression for their child and guests. Just see our photo gallery to see how we "transport" your child to a themed world of their choice.
2 hour party includes:
- 1 hour dance class which includes 45 minute dance class with themed instructor, and 15 minute photo opportunity with character. For children ages 3-5 years who choose a dance themed party with dance instruction, instruction will be limited to 30 minutes with 15 minute character photo opportunity. Class is held in one of our 3 professional dance rooms. Character costume rentals priced separately and are based upon character selection.
- 1 hour use of decorated facility for party time – separate party room with highly detailed decorations "themed" to your party. Student lounge with kitchen access (microwave/refrigerator) for storage of your party foods and beverages. Use of Elegant cake/gift table included.
- Up to 15 custom invitations with envelope (over 15, add $4.00 per invite)
- Paper goods included to match the decor – forks, napkins, plates, cups.
- Unique party favor for each child in attendance to take home.
- Coupon for a FREE dance class at Encore Dance Centre for all guests!

Ala Carte Items
Encore Celebrations can assist you to come up with the perfect theme for your child’s party, or you can choose one of the following:
- Princess/character themed costumes rentals - Starting at $85 and up depending on character/costume
- Birthday Cake or Cupcakes & candles - $35 for Birthday Cake or $3.00 per Cupcake
- Pizza or catering services – Price based on type of food requested and number of guests.
- Custom Photo Invitations - $6.00 per invite. Customer must supply photo.
- Photo op themed board – Inquire for details and pricing
